NOTE:We invite you to join Kate and the growing circle of Blessing Project participants who spend a few moments each day blessing these bands so they will serve as an even more potent reminder of blessing. Based on the ground-breaking work done by Dr. Masuro Emoto, Kate and others join in thought, heart and spirit each day immediately following the Circle of Blessings Meditation to surround the bands in love and blessing:
