Dear %$firstname$%,
Hello from my heart,
Just imagine what your life would be like if you lived in a world where your happiness and reality were the same -- where no circumstance, no condition and no person could do anything other than contribute to your own personal sense of well being. This world would always work in your favor, and no matter what happened, it would turn out to be beneficial to you.
Could such a world exist? Could a world where conflict is non-existent, and love, happiness and peace are steadfast actually be possible? Let me assure you, such a world does exist and you are much, much closer to it than you may realize.
But being told such a world exists and actually living in it are — pardon the pun — worlds apart. It's difficult to venture into a bright new world when you constantly feel as if you're being held captive by the old one. And more often than not, the chains binding you are nothing more than your own fears and concerns. For you see, fear is actually at the root of every problem, every dis-ease, every feeling of un-rest, even on a global scale.
That's why I've devoted this issue of the Blessing Way Journal to living fearlessly. If we are to truly change the world through our blessings, then we must first come to grips with the understanding that fear is so yesterday! It has no place in a new world order. It has no place in now.
When we are living in the present moment, aware of the fact that not only are we abundantly blessed, but that we are a blessing to everyone around us, then fear can't exist. You see, fear feeds on the past: past failures, past mistakes, past injuries, past grievances, past illusons. When you step out of the past and into this blessed moment, fear has to stay behind because it can't find the nourishment it needs to sustain it. With no past to fall back on, it is quickly starved and withers away to nothing.
The Blessing Way Path leads us to NOW, taking us to that world where conflict is non-existent, where love, happiness and peace are steadfast, and where everything and everyone is a blessing to everything and everyone else.
Along with the feature article and the upcoming teleclass schedule you'll find in this issue, I invite you to listen in on our new podcast as my close friend Lola Jones (that's her on the left) and I discuss ways to stop fearing and start prospering. Lola and I are both very excited about this new podcast series and hope you'll join with us each Monday morning as together we discuss moving from a world of fear into a new and brighter world that is divinely blessed.
You'll find the podcast here: A Brighter World Podcast
And this coming Friday, be watching your inbox for a special edition of the Blessing Way Journal in which we will launch a new world-wide Blessing Experiment -- Creating A Prosperous World the Blessing Way. And just in case you're wondering, we've chosen this particular Friday for a reason: It's the 13th and what better day to stare fear in the face and tell it has no place in a Prosperous New World.
Until Friday...
May you be blessed with all things good!

Announcing Free Tele-Classes For June
When technical issues repeatedly presented themselves during tele-classes earlier in the year, I knew it was not the process but my lack of understanding that was causing the difficulty, so I made the decision to stop scheduling the classes until I could learn what I needed to know. After much study, experimenting and blessing, I am now thrilled to announce three new teleclasses for the month of June:
Bless Your Money Worries Away: If current economic woes have you worried about your future, then this is a tele-class you won't want to miss. Worry won't pay your bills, help increase your income or keep your creditors from calling. It takes a different mindset to do that. During this call you'll learn quick and easy ways to move from fear to fearlessness as we discuss ways to stop worrying and start prospering.
Bless For The Health Of It: Whether you are as fit as a fiddle or have a number of health concerns, this tele-class is for you. We'll be discussing the body's response to blessing and why you body needs a daily dose of blessing for optimum good health.
Blessing Tough Times and Mean People: It may be the nasty neighbor next door that has you at the end of your wits, or the current world condition that has you depressed and concerned about the future. We'll tackle both concerns in this tele-class designed to help you deal with aggravating people and agitating times.
Each of these tele-classes will be held a total of three times during the month, in three different time slots — morning, afternoon and evening. Each tele-class will be accessible via phone line or, for those with high-speed internet access, by webcast. To view entire tele-class schedule and sign up, click on the link below:

The Secret to Living Fearlessly
by Kate Nowak
If you prefer listening to reading, click here To download MP3, click here
As those who have made their way through the Blessing Way Challenge can attest, one of the primary principles of the challenge is that we accept that even in those times when we cannot see
or understand, we can trust that whatever is happening to us contains a benefit. If it did not, it would not be taking
place.
When we accept this tenet and begin to embrace the thought that absolutely everything in our lives is a blessing,
then fear loses its hold. For how can you fear something that's only purpose is to bring you good?
Another principle of the challenge is the understanding that nothing happens to us, it happens through us and it always, always,
happens with our consent. Whenever I make this statement, there are at least one or two who will write or
call me to disagree. "Why would I consent to such pain?" they ask. "It doesn't make any sense."
And every person who tells me it doesn't make sense is right. From a worldly viewpoint, consenting to pain doesn't
make any sense at all. But from a spiritual viewpoint, it makes perfect sense. Let's take, for instance, the thought of
losing property in a fire. The logical question, of course, is why would anyone consent to such a loss? And the answer
is that on a spiritual level there are as many reasons as there pieces of property that have ever, in the history of
humankind, been destroyed by fire. For the sake of this discussion, however, let's consider what just a few of those
reasons might be.
There is the possibility that the fire is in response to a property owner's deep longing for contentment. Most of us
erroneously assume that contentment in our lives comes from the things, circumstances and people around us. "When
I am finally living in the house on the hill overlooking the ocean," we tell ourselves, "I'll be content." "When I get
that promotion, then I'll be content." "When I am finally in a mutual loving relationship with the man of my
dreams, then I'll be content." But then we get the house, the promotion, the perfect mate and still we find that
contentment is missing from our lives.
We begin trying even harder to attract those things we think will make us happy and when we get them, we
discover to our dismay that they, too, have failed to offer the contentment we seek. Then, not only are we
discontent, we're also insecure and disillusioned. Insecure, because now there is the chance we could lose all we've
worked so hard to gain, and disillusioned because our dream was supposed to make us happy and it did not. We
begin to wonder if happiness is even possible.
Albeit terrifying, a fire has the potential to answer this question for us, because once we are brought to our knees
by devastation and the intitial shock has begun to lessen, those of us who are able to let go of the pain and begin to
pick up the pieces realize that there is actually exquisite freedom in being possessionless and sweet content in being
empty. It is one of paradoxes of life that we must lose everything before we are able to understand that, in reality,
we have never had anything to lose. Only then, like a phoenix rising from the ashes, are we able to rise again and
rebuild a life, now made reverential by this newer perspective.
A longing to re-connect to Source can be another reason why we might, on a spiritual level, consent to a fire. When
we become wholly dependent upon our outer environment to fulfill our every need, we unwittingly begin to
disconnect from the true Source of our being. We forget we our heirs to a kingdom of infinite power and limitless
possibility. Having everything stripped away allows us to return to wholeness, serving to remind us of who we really
are. Once this awareness dawns, we become stronger, more confident, and more willing to assume full control of our
lives.
And a third reason might simply be a need for change. Many years ago, my newly widowed sister-in-law deeply
desired to move into a smaller home that would be easier for her to care for on her own. In working with local
realtors, she actually found several homes that she liked and which fit her needs, but each time she would come
almost to the point of committing to the purchase, she would back away. She could not give up her attachment to
the past and all the memories the old home contained. One day while she and her granddaughter were gone to the
store, the old house caught fire and burned to the ground. In this way, the change she sought but could not make on
her own was made for her.
Of course, very few of us see something like the destruction of our property as a blessing, especially in those first
few days after its occurrence. We are more apt to stare out at the devastation and wonder what we did to deserve
such punishment. With the passage of time, however, we may look back on the incident and see that it truly was
the catalyst for positive change, but initially, the thought is that it is anything but a blessing.
We tend to see our world in terms of polar opposites, seeing the things, the circumstances and the people in our
lives as either good or bad, helpful or harmful, a blessing or a curse. In truth, however, nothing and no one is either
good or bad. They just are. It is our own personal judgments and the labels we give that determine our perceptions.
And when we make a conscious decision to judge and label everything and everyone in our lives as having a
beneficial purpose, even those things that society tells us are bad, then our reaction changes. We move from fear to
acceptance, from anger to love, from pain to healing.
Life is always in a constant state of flux. Possessions, people and circumstances flow in and out of our lives
continuously. The moment that we insist on holding on to anything or anyone, no matter how cherished we feel the
thing or person might be, we automatically set ourselves up for pain.
As Pema Chodron points our in her book When Things Fall Apart, "We are like children building a sand castle. We
embellish it with beautiful shells, bits of driftwood, and pieces of colored glass. The castle is ours, off-limits to
others. We're willing to attack if others threaten to hurt it. Yet despite all our attachment, we know that the tide
will inevitably come in and sweep the sand castle away. The trick is to enjoy it fully but without clinging, and when
the time comes, to let it dissolve back into the sea."
A fire, an illness, a divorce, a death -- all of these are seeming threats to what is good and wanted in our lives. But
are they truly the threats they seem? Or are they, instead, simply a response to a deeper need within. Can a fire
that burns away the barrier to contentment really be a bad thing? Can an illness that teaches us how precious life
truly is really be an enemy? Can a divorce that reveals our true sense of self-worth really be as devastating as it
seems? And can a death that shows us that love is bound by neither space nor time really be nothing more than a
reason for grief?
The difficulties, the pains, the losses, the illnesses, come into our lives, not to hurt us, but to serve us. They are
wake up calls. As my dear friend Grant Connolly says, they are "opportunities for us to see the truth that we are
spiritual beings unlimited by our nature, and they come only because we have forgotten for the moment what the
true source of our happiness is."
When we stop resisting the problems of life and let go of our need to hold on to what or whomever we're afraid to
lose, we relinquish our fear. Without the fear, we gain the freedom to fully love and appreciate all that we've been
given. As our fear lessens, our confidence grows. Optimism becomes pervasive and allows us to see everything,
even obstacles and losses, in a more positive and life-affirming light.
Roosevelt said we have nothing to fear but fear itself, but actually we needn't be afraid of fear, either. We need
only to be aware of it. For once we become aware of any negative emotion and accept it, it is disarmed, and the
gift it contains is revealed.
In his book, The Essential Laws of Fearless Living, author Guy Finley writes, "We are not created to spend our lives in
fearful preparation over what may come -- but rather to use whatever comes our way, each moment, to help us
perfect our understanding that God is good."
The Blessing Way Path truly does transform the lives of those who embark upon it, but the change does not come in
one fell swoop. Rather it comes gently, gradually, moving quietly in to overtake us as day after day we become
more willing to give up every doubt, every fear and every iota of what we think we know, so that at last, we may
remember who we really are.
"We are so filled with trouble that the Divine Melody is never heard, if we could see...if we could understand, if we only realized the presence of the All, what could we not do?"
— Ernest Holmes

Visual Therapy To Soothe The Soul!
"Using your Blessed video brings heart rates into coherence in just the first few slides. It is really magical to
see how the conditioning takes hold and becomes a new way of viewing the world and blessing our own beings."
Dr. Eldon Taylor, author of Choices and Illusions
Have you ever noticed that life just seems to flow better when we are aware that we are blessed? We become healthier, happier and more capable of attracting the very best into our lives.
Studies show that when we feel blessed, when we are comfortable with ourselves and feel loved, when we understand that time is an illusion and now is always the perfect moment, a very powerful electromagnetic field develops within us. We literally become magnets for our good. Being aware of our blessings not only makes us feel better, it shifts our point of awareness and our energy.
One very simple and positive way to become more aware of the blessings in your life is by watching our new Cherished Blessings DVD every day. Simply set aside 15 minutes each day — first thing in the morning or last thing before bed is best — and let the beautiful music, imagery and words in the three inspirational movies take you to a place of blessing and love and timelessness. Highly regarded experts throughout the world have long been telling us that placing ourselves into such a positive state is beneficial, not only to us, but to the world around us. Here is what just a few more experts have had to say:
“You must focus on healing yourself so you’ll have this
healing ability to offer others. If you reach a level of blissful
illumination, where you’re reconnected to the Source and
are harmonized vibrationally, you begin to radiate the
energy that converts disease to health.”
— Mahatma Ghandi
“Just as the subatomic particles that compose us cannot be
separated from the space and particles surrounding them, so
living beings cannot be isolated from each other. By the act
of observation and intention, we have the ability to extend a
kind super-radiance to the world.” — Lynne Mc Taggart, The Field: The Quest for the Secret
Force of The Universe
“In every studied case of recovery from hopelessness and
untreatable disease, there has been a major shift in
consciousness, so that the attractor patterns that resulted in
the pathologic process no longer dominated.”
— David R. Hawkins, M.D., PhD., Power vs. Force

Feeling Frazzled, Frightened or Frustrated?
Then it is definitely time to tap into a blessing. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a quick and effective way to break down resistance to blessing others and to feeling blessed. As EFT Developer Gary Craig points out, it is remarkably effective and should be tried on everything, so why shouldn't we use it to break down whatever resistance to blessing we may be feeling?
I've used it and I know it works for me. That's why I've created an entire webpage devoted to using EFT to break down our resistance to blessing. You'll find it here.
Still Unsure About the Challenge?
If you haven't accepted the Blessing Way Challenge yet because you either don't feel you have the time, don't think it would help, or don't believe blessing everyone and everything for 30 days would change anything, then click here to read what recent Challenge participant had to say.
